To stop the app crashing you need both microsoft.crm.sdk.dll and microsoft.crm.sdktypeproxy.dll in the same directory as the app AND they MUST be the correct version for your OS, i.e. 32 bit or 64 bit. Run from a computer that has a login account authority for CRM To stop it crashing on exporting data run the App 'as administrator'

Doesn't crash if you omit company from URL i.e. enter https://localhost:5555/ not https://localhost:5555/MyCompany/

Simple yet useful tool for CRM On-Premise and Online deployments. Make sure you use the correct RTMSDK version if you're having app crashing issues, the regular release didn't play well with my Outlook CRM Client installed.

There doesn't seem to be a way to configure the login screen for partner-hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. Partners use the same Internet Facing Deployment that Microsoft CRM Online uses, but the login screen assumes On-Premise or Online only, which is a shame for all our customers.
